What we collect, and why.

Last updated 6 October 2026

The short version

We only measure how people use this site if they say yes. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. If you fill in a form, we use what you send us to reply to you and to prepare for a conversation.

What we collect

What you send us. When you fill in a form, we keep your name, email and your answers about your company.

How the site is used, if you allow it. Pages viewed, buttons clicked, how far you scrolled, where you came from, your country and the type of device. We do not record your IP address or anything you type into a form until you send it. If you later fill in a form, we may look at this alongside your answers to understand what was useful to you.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.

Who helps us

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site and store what you send us: Vercel (hosting and page counts), Google Workspace (email and storage) and Microsoft Clarity (only if you allow analytics). They process data on our behalf and not for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep form answers for as long as we are in touch, and analytics data for up to 13 months. You can ask us to delete either at any time.

Your choices

You can change your cookie choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. To see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, email team@breakout-labs.co and a person will handle it within a few days.
